We were at the celebration of the Arizmendiarrieta Sariak Gipuzkoa 2023 Award Ceremony, at the University of Deusto's Donostia campus, where we were invited to participate in the round table about "How to attract, cultivate and retain talent", which was held after the award ceremony, as winners of the award in 2022.

Lorenzo shared the table with Jon Angulo, CEO of Hidro Rubber, winner of the Arizmendiarrieta Saria Navarra 2020 Award, and Amaia Arizkuren, Professor of Human Resources Management at Deusto Business School.
